Corona

ahhh Corona!
DOB: October 15, 2006

Little miss corona is a handful!!! She is her own dog, all in herself! If Corona was my first dog out of the 3 we have, I probably would have stopped! lol!! She's a very exuberant, happy go lucky pup--all day long!
She rarely sleeps and when she does it's only for a short period. She doesnt like balls, nor isnt too fond of fetch.
She enjoys long luxurious swims by herself, chewing on any stick she can find, and loves to be chased! Sometimes her big brother gets a little too rough and hurts her...after mom kisses it and makes it all better, she's off for another game of chase!
She's practically impossible to wear out because of the fact she doesnt like to fetch like the other two! She basically just mosies around sniffing, digging and trying to find new sticks to destroy and concur!
About a month after we got Corona she became very ill and her body wasnt letting her dispose of her bowels. Over $600.00 later we found out she had MINOR food allergies, and a protein defeciency. The food the vet put her on was extremely expensive and made her itch constantly.
I did some research on some dog forums and switched all my dogs to RAW!!
Ever since the switch, she rarely itches and no longer chews on her toes! Her bowels work excellent and her hair loss is finally starting to slow.
She's becoming a hard headed teenager but i wouldnt trade her for anything! Im glad we have her with us...food allergies and all!!

Cainan

Cainan my one and only boy!!

DOB: May 31st, 2006

hmmm, well where to start? Cainan is...well, he's just cainan! We got cainan when he was right around 9 weeks old. He was covered in fecal matter and him and his brothers were throwing up all over and then eating it.

They were a litter of ALL boys with the single ONLY female seperated across the farm. alone.

All the pups were very sick and not well taken care of. I first took each one of the pups out to play with them and none of them had personalities of their own. Cainan was the only one that actually showed interest in fetch. thats basically why we got him.

At the time I didnt know much about reputable breeders and i wasnt aware that there was such thing. I just assumed every dog that anybody ever buys was out of a newspaper. He was $75.00 and so far he's worth every penny times 50! He occassionally has some fear-aggression-confidence issues but he's working through them everyday! He's gotten so much better ever since he's lived with us, he's practically a new dog!
Cainan LOVES fetch like theirs no tomorrow. He utterly freaks out as soon as he see's a tennis ball. Although he does have a tendancy to get a bit "snippy" with people trying to throw the ball, it's all because his love for his ball. He will sleep with his tennis ball, walk around with it in his mouth, and some days I will even catch him alone in the other room throwing it up in the air by his mouth and chasing it by himself! He's a goof ball and a momma's boy...he's a pure joy to have in my fur-family and In my life in general!

Hi and Welcome

This is my first web blog dedicated to my fur-kids! Ill start off by telling you a little about each one of them...

Coco-DOB: March 27th, 2006

To the right you will see a pretty recent picture of her!

Coco is the head hauncho! She owns Andy and I. Coco was my 19th birthday present and she loves andy TONS more then me lol.

she loves to play fetch and swim. Her favorite candle scent is anything BUT "fresh linen" lol. She loves to meet new people and give lots and lots of kisses.

I often call coco the St. Bernard i'd always wanted, with just a hint of moose in her blood! She's big, slobbers all the time and grunts more then anything. Alot of the time she'd prefer to grunt and snort then to actually bark like a dog!

I also believe that coco doesnt think she's a real dog. She thinks just like a person and has more personality then any other dog i've ever met. She's always doing something different and crazy. whenever we go for car rides she HAS to be in the front seat sitting just like a person, and she will have one paw on the arm rest starring out the window.

One day Andy walked in the house and noticed coco had moved from the floor onto the couch laying just like a person with her head on the pillow, remote in front of her and the tv on!

She's a character and I love her. I wouldnt give her up for anything!
